KS Digital is a small company with big ideas, based in Co. Durham and covering the North East of England in person, but the world via the internet.

Your privacy is important to us.
We comply with all requirements of the data protection act and do not share your information with other companies.

Payment.
Payment is to be made in advance with your first order. 50% deposit required on 2nd order, with 7 days to pay. Thereafter terms are 14 days.

Intellectual Property Rights.

As part of KS Digital’s terms of business, the copyright licence is automatically released to the client on receipt of final payment for the commissioned work. Until final payment is received, any usage, broadcast or distribution in any manner of works carried out is strictly prohibited

KS Digital reserves the right to use all artwork produced for the purposes of promoting KS Digital in print, publication or website.

Any make-up files created for a specific job are considered to be the ‘intellectual property’ of KS Digital. An additional fee will be payable if usage of make-up files is required by the client or their suppliers.
